how to manifest your 2022 goals fast af

manifestation

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past year, it’s likely that you’ve seen the word manifestation come across your feed or FYP. It’s like one day, we all woke up and suddenly everyone was manifesting something.

A luxury car.

A luxury apartment.

A successful business.

A ton of new followers. The list goes on.

But, how exactly do you manifest something? We all have hopes, dreams, and desires, but why does it feel like some people have this uncanny ability to make it appear with ease? And how do we become one of those people?

Let’s start with the basics.

what even is manifestation?

So, manifestation by definition can vary depending on who you ask. But that’s mostly because for most people, manifesting is a very personal experience.

In simple terms, manifestation is the act of turning a thought into reality.

Straight forward, right? Thoughts into things. If you’re familiar with the Law of Attraction (or our fave, the Law of Assumption), this should sound pretty familiar to you. But to truly manifest, it takes a lot more than just making a wish and then waiting for it to show up.

If you pop “how to manifest” into YouTube or Google, you’ll likely come across a million results (literally), explaining how to “manifest your ex” or “manifest your dream job” or even “manifest your dream life.” But, what’s the BEST way to do actually do this?

Here’s our top 2 ways to manifest QUICK.

1. journaling

Journaling has to be one of the most slept on ways to manifest shit quickly. Now, that doesn’t mean that you won’t find plenty of content on journaling and why it’s literally one of THEE best manifestation practices. You definitely will. However, what we’ve found is that a lot of people have trouble actually sticking with it. It’s okay to admit that a lot of us have an old planner or journal collecting dust in our desk or on our bedside table. I mean, at least the intention was there.

Speaking of intention, that’s 100% where we want to start when it comes to journaling. Intent. What is it that you’re trying to manifest this year? What are your goals? Whether it’s a new bod or a new Tesla, nothing is too big or too small when it comes to manifestation. The sky is literally the limit and the sooner you convince yourself of that, the sooner you’ll be able see the results you’re looking for.

So take a minute to ground yourself (with a few deep breaths) and ask yourself what it is that you truly want. And get excited about it! The things we consciously want to manifest are things that should bring us joy, so allow yourself to feel those feelings. Then, write it down.

Okay, so now that we know what you’re trying to manifest, let’s talk about why. If you’re wanting to manifest a new job or a promotion at your current one, think about the reasons you want to manifest this in the first place.

Maybe this promotion comes with a raise that’ll allow you to go on that vacation you’ve been wanting. Or move into that luxury apartment. Or upgrade from Planet Fitness to Equinox (no hate to PF, but c’mon… we all want to know what it’s like).

Whatever it is, find your why. Ask yourself, “How will I feel once I have this? What will I be able to do once I have this? What does having this mean to me?” Find as many “whys” as you can and then write those down, too. And remember to FOCUS ON THE FEELING. That is going to be a major key here.

Okay, so we’ve got “the what” and we’ve got “the why.” This is when you can stop and take a moment to relish in everything you’ve just written down. Enjoy thinking about the things you want to accomplish, because it should feel good.

Then, we want you to write down a day in your life AS IF your manifestation has already come true. This is what many like to call “living in the end.”

What’s the first thing you see when you open your eyes? If you’re manifesting that luxury apartment or condo, maybe it’s your floor-to-ceiling windows. What did you wear to bed? An oversized tee from Urban? Or maybe you’re in SKIMS, because you’re fancy af now. Time for skincare? What products are you using that maybe you couldn’t really afford before, but are super normal to you now? Go into EVERY detail you can – nothing is too small. Write it all down and visualize what it all looks like while you’re writing, if you can.

This actually brings us straight to our 2nd fave way to manifest – visualizing.

2. visualization

No time to write? No problem. (BUT, you WILL want to get in the habit of journaling. EVERYDAY. No exceptions. Set a reminder if you have to, or make it part of your morning or bedtime routine).

So, you may already have an idea of what visualization is, but how exactly do you put it into practice when it comes to manifestation? We can circle this answer back to intent.

Remember – we’re living in the end. We’re not worried about what steps have to be taken to get there or “how” our manifestation will come to pass. That’s not your job right now.

What you want to focus on is what your world will be like once you already have your desire.

Close your eyes and really place yourself there. No, really – close your eyes and imagine a PERFECT day in your “end.” Go into as much detail as you can. Take note of your surroundings. Where are you and what do you see? What sounds would you hear wherever you are? What do you smell? Are you visualizing yourself at brunch with new friendgroup you’ve manifested? What is everyone eating? How does it taste?

There is no limit to how in-depth you can go. In fact, the more detailed, the better. Stay in this moment for as long as you can. Or as long as you want to.

Major Key: practice visualization directly before bed or right when you wake up in the morning – treat it like a meditation of sorts. That sleepy state we find ourselves in right before drifting off to sleep (or right when we wake up) is exactly where we want to be.

It’s when our subconscious mind is most susceptible to receive the messages we’re trying to send it. A sweet spot for manifestation, if you will.

And at ElastaFlex, we love our sweets.
